2. Account Registration and Management
Each registered user is permitted to hold exactly one account on gto9 at any given time. The registration process requires a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number, a secure password, and confirmation of eligibility. gto9 reserves the right to decline any registration application without stating a reason.
Account Obligations
- 1You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes (OTPs) sent to your registered phone number. gto9 will never ask for your password by phone, email, or any other channel.
- 2Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact gto9 support immediately and use the account security controls available within your profile settings.
- 3gto9 accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any funds held within it to any other person. Accounts used in a commercial context — for example, by a business, agent, or syndicate — are prohibited.
- 4gto9 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including (but not limited to): breach of these Terms, provision of false information, suspected fraudulent activity, non-compliance with KYC requirements, or any conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform.
- 5Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your gto9 account will be returned to you via the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms
All financial transactions on gto9 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gto9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Bangladesh payment channels. gto9 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not charge currency conversion fees.
Payment Terms
- 1The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. There is no minimum number of bets or rounds required before a genuine deposit balance (excluding bonus funds) may be withdrawn.
- 2All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members or friends — are not permitted and will be flagged for investigation.
- 3Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC completion. gto9 does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times vary by payment method but gto9 targets same-day processing for all bKash and Nagad withdrawals.
- 4gto9 is required to perform anti-money laundering (AML) checks on all withdrawals. gto9 may, at its sole discretion, require additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined.
- 5Bonus balances are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the bonus offer page before the bonus is claimed. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.
- 6gto9 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, pending the outcome of an investigation. During any investigation, the relevant account and funds will be placed on hold. gto9 will make reasonable efforts to complete investigations promptly.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
gto9 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant offer page, which supersede these general bonus terms where there is a conflict.
- 1Each bonus offer is available to eligible users once only, unless the specific offer terms state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts or false identities constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
- 2Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the offer) must be wagered on qualifying games before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier and qualifying game list are shown on each offer page.
- 3gto9 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that such action does not adversely affect bonuses that have already been fully claimed and are currently subject to active wagering by an eligible player.

Where gto9 determines that a bonus has been used in a manner inconsistent with recreational play — for example, through low-variance systematic wagering designed solely to satisfy rollover requirements — gto9 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
- 5Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the specific offer terms. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.
5. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play
gto9 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds including real-money balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- 1Fraudulent activity of any kind, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or submitting false documentation during KYC verification.
- 2Collusion with other players, including chip-dumping in poker or table games, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit game mechanics, or any form of match-fixing or outcome manipulation in sports betting markets.
- 3Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to access, interact with, or place wagers on the gto9 platform without prior written authorisation from gto9.
- 4Exploiting any software error, bug, glitch, or misconfiguration in the gto9 platform, including incorrectly displayed odds, game malfunctions, or erroneous bonus credits. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
- 5Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses, circumventing a suspension or exclusion, or any other reason. Where duplicate accounts are identified, gto9 will close all but the original account, void any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and may withhold associated winnings pending investigation.
6. Responsible Gaming Policy

gto9 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. gto9 is not responsible for any interruption to services caused by events outside its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, payment processor delays, or force majeure events. In the event of a game malfunction, gto9's decision on the validity of affected rounds is final.
8. Amendments, Termination, and Governing Law
gto9 may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, gto9 will provide notice to registered users via the registered mobile number or through a prominent notice on the platform. If you continue to use gto9 following such notice, you are deemed to have accepted the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to arrange closure of your account and return of any eligible balance.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of gto9 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
